Please note, in-stock items will be shipped 24-48 hours upon receipt of your order. Monogrammed/personalized items will be shipped upon their completion (normally 7-10 days from receipt of your order).

We will contact you via phone/email if an item is backordered or requires extra shipping time.

~in-stock items are normally ready for pick-up in 1-2 days, monogrammed/personalized items are normally ready for pick up in 7-10 days

~please leave a message in the comment box at checkout if you wish to have the items gift-wrapped prior to your arrival

~items can be picked up during our normal business hours

~shipped items that are gifts are wrapped with tissue & ribbon. please leave instructions in the comment box at checkout if you also wish to have a to/from gift card enclosed with your order
